- Decree no. 2011-36 of January 10, 2011 on the installation of smoke detectors in all dwellings
I.-The heading of Chapter IX of Title II of Book I of the French Construction and Housing Code is replaced by the heading: "Safety of residential buildings".
II.-Articles R. 129-1 to R. 129-11 of the same code are grouped together in a section 1 entitled: "General provisions for the safety of occupants of apartment buildings", comprising three subsections:
- a sub-section 1 containing articles R. 129-2 to R. 129-4 entitled: "General provisions";
- a sub-section 2 containing articles R. 129-5 to R. 129-9 entitled: "Special provisions for condominium buildings";
- a sub-section 3 containing articles R. 129-10 and R. 129-11 entitled: "Other provisions".
