Create your dedicated Oscar customer account
Access the management tool for your fire safety systems
Creating an Oscar customer account is now essential for retrieving your documents, including invoices and audit reports.
If you do not already have a customer account, please click on the button below to request a new account.
Please note Please note that only one access is possible for each company. Therefore, if you are not the main manager of the Eurofeu and fire safety account in your company, please enter the contact details of the correct employee or ask him/her to create the account.

Not sure if you already have an Oscar account?
Fill in the account creation form as if you didn't have an account. On receipt of your request :
- If we identify the existence of a customer account, we will confirm this and provide you with the owner's email address.
- If you are not the owner, please contact your dedicated contact person or send us a message
- If you are the owner, you can retrieve the account confirmation email that was sent to you when you registered, which includes your login details.
- Otherwise, we will follow the procedure for creating an account and you will also be informed.
